For me it was accurate. I think it is accrate for most people because Lawfully use data from users. It is true that there are some outliers though.

it doesn't work accurately,it gives you an estimate based on users update. These service centers don't have a time line, we hope and just pray our cases are dealt with in a fast manner.
Ash ReddyJan 8, 2022
@Flex For my I-765 case, it was accurate. The approval came in the time period with highest probability. But it's just probability, in my case it was 37% and it means roughly 4 out of 10 will get decision in that timeframe but 6 will get in another timeframe.

predictions don’t work at all
jose martinJan 8, 2022
it was accurate for my I-130 and EAD. now I am waiting for I-485
Mrs BJan 8, 2022
I sincerely think the first 20% doesn't count, because it's all basically expedites. the "big chunk", that has more likelihood (like 30% chance during 2 months period), it's when the center is actively reviewing cases in the same "bracket" as yours. the latter ones, when starts getting less and less, I guess is ppl that were asked for RFE, so their timeline has slowed down.
in sum: it's accurate only if you were not approved to expedite or requested RFE.
also, that's my view, for what I've been seeing/researching!

I got an RFE for ead and I remember the graph completely changed and the new prediction was with respect to my RFE response date. Then I got approved before the end of most likelihood period. It was near the end though.
Din FerJan 8, 2022
scam really
Mrs BJan 8, 2022
ohhhh nice to know they update if you got RFE @caligirl that's good to know, thank you!
Mrs BJan 8, 2022
@dinfer you did not got yours in the period they estimate?
Din FerJan 8, 2022
@Cali girl...nope..i think i would die first before uscis approve my petition
Kahn ReyJan 8, 2022
Well, I totally agree with @ash Reddy. It's just percentage for the estimation. Of course I will be happy to see the approval in the most % period, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's not, because it said I still have 63% for other period. Nobody can predict it absolutely correctly.
Cali GirlJan 8, 2022
@tess b Yes, when RFE was issued, the graph disappeared and it said something like 'new prediction will be shown after you submit RFE response'. Then it gave me a different graph after submission.

Cali GirlJan 8, 2022
@D Chris It means you can now send inquiry to Uscis because your case is taking too long.

Joe DJan 9, 2022
