I had an interview on July 22 2021 and been waiting for the decision since then haven’t heard anything. so I requested USCIS to call me. so today tier 3 officer called me and told me he has requested inquiry to field office to give an update about my case. he even said they may look into your case and if there is nothing they might make a decision.
if anybody had this experience please do share it. what are the chances I will get a decision. also, they told me I should hear from them within 14 days. what are the chances I will get a reply soon?

I won AOS in court. Now what?
I was in removal proceedings and had my individual hearing where I was able to adjust my status based on marriage. The judge approved it and we got her signed order. What happens now and how long does it typically last before I have the green card in my hands? thank you! I'm so happy!!!
VAWA RFE
so i received RFE may 2021( FOR VAWA, Filed March 2019) Due to my lawyer delay and coupled with they asked for everything all over again we were only able to submit the RFE response October 2021, please does anyone know how long it takes them to make a decision?? I’m so restless right now thank you.

i-751 interview can't be waived
hello guys
I am currently living overseas under my husband's orders. I submitted all the documents along with pictures of our newborn at that time since we just had him before mailing my documents.
case was received on Nov 2020... on Oct 2021 was changed to fingerprints were taken then November 2021 RFE being sent well when I received the notice there is no additional evidence mentioning other than them asking when I will be physically present in the state for an interview??????
the thing is why should I travel all the way back to the state it's an 11 hour flight non-stop with a baby and when I get there who's gonna watch my baby for me while interviewed since we don't have family in the states I am very confused and I already called them and they told me to wait for a call back.
I thought that immigrants living overseas with their spouses get their interview waived that was the point of me sending fingerprints.
now I can't stop stressing about the situation

I submitted my application for EAD renewal June 6 2021 and I’m still waiting. Idk why it’s taking so long for a renewal, my EAD auto extension expires March 2022. Are there any June fillers still waiting? or any advice to give?

Hello, we got out interview this morning and everything was fine. The officer asked a lot of questions from the form.
Since I have an issue with an arrest with no charges and nothing on file the court he gave us a Request of Evidence, we have to submit before February 2022.
you guys know if a RFE could be a denial Answer?
