I did mine interview on wed at federal plaza ny . officer told me it’s under review and it will 120 days might be less than depends . if they need anything they will let me know. since last wed it’s under review

Suman thapa if u r case has more than 120 days u need to ask them bcoz time period is only 120 days

yes it’s almost 120 days my interviewer said only 60-90 days I should get a 10 years green card. she literally said that to me

after interview officer gave me written statement that my case is under review for 120 days it might take less but no more than that and if they need anymore documents they will let us know . did u have that ? did ur office told u about it ? bcoz after my interview he asked us do u want written statement we said yes

u can still call uscis and ask about ur case bcoz as u said u did interview on July it’s been 3 month . u need to call every week and ask about it till u get reply . also holidays are coming too.

also just call them twice in week if u can to remind them bcoz this is what I did before getting my interview. so I m gonna call them after 15 days . it’s just week of mine interw done

yes I did the same. finally tier 3 officer called me. and he seems nice and he told me he understand my situation and he requested field office. I hope I will get to hear from them ASAP bcoz I’m traveling next months end of dec and I already bought a ticket. ticket was damn expensive and it’s non refundable 😞
