Hi all, got a response from USCIS to Attorney. They were saying they wanted to quickly do an immigration/ employer audit in the employer's place because they are assuming that the employer mostly hiring from one country. Just wanted to check whether this will delay the petition approval.

yeah. this will delay approval. check with attorney. he would know the process and generally USCIS will inform your comp when they are visiting for audit.

yes. the audit was confirmed on November 24. it's already finished. If it is already done, do we need to wait for a long time?

They told they will update the details of the audit after 2-3 days of audit. They mailed us before the audit.

May be. if you see processing times for CA, it is 5.5 to 7.5 months now. they are keep changing it. I have noticed it twice or thrice.

oh ok fine. when responding to RFE I guess you can upgrade to premium processing.. it might be expensive but if you are wiling to move faster and get rid of this non sense delays, go for premium processing.
