Interview done and USCIS gave us a RFE
Hello, we got out interview this morning and everything was fine. The officer asked a lot of questions from the form.
Since I have an issue with an arrest with no charges and nothing on file the court he gave us a Request of Evidence, we have to submit before February 2022.
you guys know if a RFE could be a denial Answer?

no it is not.The IO can’t make a decision until he/she gets the RFE.

did you bring the arrest record/disposition with you? if not, he might be asking for that. If you were not convicted of anything then you should not be denied

I brought disposition and letter from court and the police station but no police report since I can't get it. he asked us to the same documents but with my maiden last name. @mariacc I was in jail 2 days only and the charges dropped. no lawyer no court no nothing.

As long as you were not convicted for anything and you have the disposition of the arrest then you will be fine.

my medical expired he told me at interview don’t do another one if I have to do a second interview I would have to carry it on that day . I must just wait for a notice 4 to 5 days am

Latoya C I asked is because of the second interview...generally couple past only one interview for having temporary green card. If your medical test expired , it's normal for them to call you again for bringing it.
