did u get accepted and what’s ur reason to expedited

On november 10th i called uscis to request expedited of my process and yesterday i received this msg... My expedited is because my husband became paraplegic he can't work anymore and I'm the one who has to support my family and to do that I need a work permit

It's like when we enter our green card process and they accept and send our receipts with the numbers, for example if you had sent your file with a missing document they don't accept it, but if it's all right they accept and analyze your process then approves, so it's the same with expedited they accept the request if your case is even viable and then they will analyze to see if you qualify for approval, only expedited and faster it doesn't take so long to respond if they approve or not .

@Krishna Salaka of course, how long are you waiting for them to repost after you received this email? Could you share the sender of your email so I can see if it was the same office?? mine came from USCIS-Case Status@uscis.dhs.gov

not yet but I think before being approved they will ask. but uscis already know that my husband is in this situation because in the citizenship process he was already like this when he went to get his certificate.

there is a girl in a facebook group she told me she received this email and 3 days later it was approved

on my I-765 had change to on November 15, 2021, we received your request for expedited processing on your form I-765, Application for employment authorization. Receipt number MSC2191…….we are reviewing your request and will notify you if we need additional information….

I’ve been waiting for an answer from USCIS since 11/15 and so far nothing, on 11/30 it appeared in my application that they received my new expedite, I was already confused 😐

i didn't receive any email it just says they received mine ER
