Expedite request for I-765 approved!!!!!

Hi everyone, my expedite request was approved! happy to answer any questions you might have. a summary: I am currently on my OPT and my EAD expires on Dec 13. I have requested to expedite through Emma once, nothing happened. 15 days later I followed up and the agent submitted the request again, saying that it was taking too long. three days later I got an email asking for more information. I wrote a letter on the grounds of severe financial loss, saying that I would lose my job if I didn’t get the new EAD. I mentioned that even though my spouse’s income was above the poverty line, my income represented 1/3 of our household income. I also mentioned the fact that I wanted to continue supporting the community with taxes, which also represents government interest. I added my current job offer, and employment proof letter and my employers email asking for my new EAD. I sent it all via fax (as requested by the USCIS) and also email (replying to the original email). after 4 days, card is being produced!!!!!

Anyone submitted a petition for a parent knows the processing timeframe at Texas Service center. Case under review since October 13th and was wondering process since online states a 5 month process for that type of petition.

Lost/Replacement Request

I misplaced my i94 arrival card for prove if employment/status. Acquired a new employment and my i9 verification documents needed to be submitted within in 3 of acceptance and i couldn't provide the documents due it being misplaced and the job was reclined. i submitted a i765 request for my 1st initial EAD since being in the us for 20 plus years. what should to be the outcome pf this request. what's the processing time for this request?

Asylum Status Dissolved

I am now an adult, came to the States a teenager as a derivative under my mother. in 2015 she legally became a US Citizen. But i was now an adult and still under the Asylee Status never adjusted my status to permanent resident. i have never left the country and been legally authorized to work indefinitely. What is it going to take to renew my Asylum status and adjust to Permanent Resident/ Green Card.

EB1C courtesy letter for medicals

I filed I485 for myself and dependents in Oct 2020 but didn’t submit medicals at that time. My I140 is approved and we’ve received our combo EAD/AP cards. The I485 has been at TX since Feb and last update was bio applied in April. This weekend I received a courtesy letter from USCIS to submit medicals. This was not an RFE, just a courtesy letter saying I could provide it now to speed up processing or wait for an RFE. However only I received the letter and there ways nothing sent for my dependents. Anybody else have a similar experience? would it be ok to send the Medicals for the whole family in response to this letter?

VAWA biometrics updates

Hello! I filed for the whole VAWA package in February 2021, I did my biometrics on August 2nd, but, when checking the status of my cases, they all still show the same - Case was received in February. It’s been 3,5 months since biometrics. Is it supposed to not update my case status online to Fingerprints received? Or is that an error and I should find out why it has been stuck at the same message? My attorney did mention in the beginning that I would not be able to see the case status updates because of the confidentiality of VAWA. The physical address is set to his office & he always informs me if he receives anything. But is that really how it is & I cannot see the real status online? I’m just in desperate need of EAD and want to address this if that’s an error. #vawa #ead #biometrics #fingerprints #case #status

SIJS EB4.. Interview? or Denial?

Can anyone who’s applied for SIJS tell me if they had an interview before their decision?? side question: Is there any one who’s gotten their i485 denied on SIJS basis? I’m waiting for a decision or interview, i don’t know if i should even expect an interview.
