I sent the required documents to nvc on September 22 and I still have not gotten a response saying the documents are accepted, does anyone who is filing I-130 in the same position as me ? how long do I have to wait ?

Hi all my 485 and 130 recieved notice is dated on April 14th 2021.. since then my case status on the website has never changed. it still says fees are wavied.
I recieved a mail for biometeric and i have submitted biometeric on August 24 2021. Still the case status at ucis havent change. has it happened to anyone else?

COMBO CARD received .. should I travel on parole ??
I just received my combo card today. I’m planning to travel to my country Costa Rica for a couple of weeks to see my family, however when my visa and I-94 expired I didn’t got married after 3 months later and I didn’t apply for adjustment of status until this year in April ( almost 4 years later ) should I be concerned they won’t let me in ? we got a 3 year old born in the marriage who is a US citizen!! , because I was legally married all this time but out of status, does anyone can let me know their experience and if anyone has been denied parole for being out of status for so long ?

I done some inquiries and consults in the website of USCIS and I did obtain always the same answer: the case is in previous phase. I’ve received the reuse notification of biometrics in Feb 2021.
