I recieved RFE to resend my medical form (previous one was signed more than 60 days before submission), I am wondering if this means my case at final stage before approval?

Mo I am supposed to recieve an RFE as well but my question is did you get Advance Parole before RFE? right now i want to travel outside and that is more important.

humam, I didn’t receive advanced parole, the RFE was the first update on my case after the finger print

at least your app shows an update of "response to rfe". Mine was delievered 11/22 as well and it still shows "request evidence sent"

thanks for the update Jorge. how many days were you from 'received RFE ' to 'approved'?
we are 8 days now since received. either LA field office or NBC I can't really be sure and we're eb1. The chances of travelling before the new year are dropping 🙈

My office received my medical RFE 24 days ago. Then the next day it changed to RFE received
