I’m not the petitioner my husband is and yes he is a us citizen. I am adjusting my status from b1/b2 I filed July 15th 2021

I’m waiting for my expedite sis Oct 21st, yesterday I called and they said that they are delayed on expedites, bc they have a high demand 😥

i have submitted expedite on 19th of Oct, evidence sent on 20th of oct. yesterday chatted with pive agent. they said still processing, there is no timeframe. i have already lost my job 1 month ago. my PD January 6th, 2021. TSC

it is absolutely frustrating

i sent an expedite request the same day and they didn’t even assign it to an officer yet 😂

expedite requests have a very minimal chance to be approved, even when you have a solid case. the chances are higher when you get your Congress person/senator make one for you. but even in those cases, there's no guaranty USCIS will grant an expedite request. Not to be the party pooper, but rather to share something to keep in mind.

yes i agree. there won’t be need in expedite if they go by deadlines and not push them further. they have created this circle amd now seems to be lost completely

I also included my congress person whom sent everything over to them 6 weeks ago and is yet to respond to them! so my congress personal emailed them again 2 weeks ago and still no response! 🤷🏽‍♀️ so if you ask me immigration is a mess! and I’d never wanna go through this process ever again!

might be this new policy on auto L and H dependents EADs. can accelerate other EAD processing

Taj ley - I think it's safe to assume that we all share the same feeling: USCIS is a mess. 😂 I do hope that you hear from them sooner than later.

K S - I hope so too. that should reduce some of the backlog.

update guys “new card being produced” after submitting evidence literally took less than a day.. since I submitted the evidence.. they asked for evidence November 12th which was a weekend and I replied same day and today it changed to card being produced

i noticed NBC is doing pretty good with approving EADs. i see lots of April filers being approved now. I thibk TSC is the worse. they still have Nov amd Dec cases not approved.
