i130 - Texas - Request for Evidence
Hi,
I have filled i130 for my spouse PD March 3 2021, Texas service center. Actively reviewing since Oct 1st.
Yesterday I got a notification that USCIS has sent a RFE, I then logged into my USCIS account and saw the RFE notice there. Reading through the notification, it seems like USCIS is looking for 2 passport size photos of me.
I am curious, why they would be looking for photos of me and NOT my spouse because she is the one I am filling i130 for.
Has this happened with anyone else?
Also, do we need to wait to respond until we receive paper copy of the RFE?
Do we need to reply via MAIL or do you guys think we can upload the response online via USCIS myaccount? It seems like there is an option to respond online.

when USCIS approves cases and it been sent to NVC, am i going to be instructed to fill my details immediately or not because have not process my passport yet since F4 takes time and my PD is 2017

and at the same time I don't want to be caught unware because processing a passport in Nigeria takes 3 months

change of address forms
I’ve changed my address 3 times on the USCIS website, got an email confirmation and then I printed off the form itself and sent it in to change my address and they are still sending correspondence to my old address and I can’t get a hold of a live agent to make the change….. it’s annoying and is anyone else having this issue?
please advise me on how to move forward to get this rectified.
Question: Does status update if your biometrics appointment was scheduled?
According to USPS I am about to get delivered mail from USCIS. I didn’t have the biometrics appointment yet. Nothing in my tracking app is updated. I am just wondering if the biometrics appointment comes by mail without the app updating that biometrics was scheduled.

I have interview for n400 on December next month.
I have Interview for n400 next month and I have been outside the united for more than 6 months but less than 1 year cause the world wide Pandemic and the airport was closed, now I’m in the USA . is anyone going through same case ? and is this will effect my citizenship notarization ?
note: I have tried to come back to the USA by contacting the USA embassy and I documented all the emails, and they kept saying we can’t help you at this moment .

Any recent approved cases can share with us your timeline? I haven’t seen any movement lately.
The feeling is like the Neverending Story, time goes by and no updates on my case.

USAGE OF EAD/AP- EB3
My eb2 (PD may 2013) is downgraded to eb3 and we got EAD/Ap combo card.
Now my PD Is not current in Eb3 starting Nov.
however my wife’s EB2 (DEC 2012) is current in filing chart and we filed 485/765&131 me as dependent.
Question: can we use my EAD/ap cards? Will this have any impact on her case when they issue another set of EAD/AP cards?

July 2020 filed. National Center & Seastle.
Dec 2020. Bio reuse letter.
May 2021. Transfer to Honolulu.
Super silent after that.
Nov. 2021. sent inquiry and got response above in less than 24 hr.
i am not sure my movement delay my case however it takes almost 11 months and got response that they are ready to schedule an interview now. Background check for 11 months? long process. basically it took 16 months to get response above from application. No clue how long it will takes they actually schedule an interview. hopefully soon.
anyone who wait too long, suggest to send e inquiry pls. they may not to response soon or no response however nothing to lose.
