Question: Does status update if your biometrics appointment was scheduled?
According to USPS I am about to get delivered mail from USCIS. I didn’t have the biometrics appointment yet. Nothing in my tracking app is updated. I am just wondering if the biometrics appointment comes by mail without the app updating that biometrics was scheduled.

go to USCIS website make an account there. they will send each and every update on your online account and then mail it to you as well. don’t just rely on tracking apps.

Yes I also checked my Uscis account no update there too. 🤷🏼♀️ So that’s why I am wondering

@Dan thanks! i was maybe it’s just the curtesy notice for medical if my apps/statuses are not updated. I will wait and see

My apt just came through post and status was not updated until bios had been taken, the apt being scheduled was never an update online

You don’t get the notification that from the app and the case status doesn’t change when they send you a bio appointment letter. I received a bio appointment letter and my case is still at “received” status.

my status didn’t changed.. not in my account too.. I called Uscis to take update on my status… they told me my biometrics appointment is scheduled..
