Request for additional information received
I recently submitted expedite request for i765 and my status has changed to "Request for additional information recieved". I was not asked to submit any supporting details so not sure why status changed to that if I have not received or submitted any evidence or documents supporting reasoning of expedite request. my case is pending for over 12 months. Is anyone aware of the reason of why would status change to that. since no evidence requested so would this mean expedite request would decline?

Hi all,
I filed my Citizenship application in April 2020 and had my Biometrics appointment in June 2021. I haven't heard anything since then. Do you think hiring a lawyer would be beneficial in expediting and obtaining the interview date? also,meanwhile since my waiting time's been so long my Green Card has expired and I'm wondering if I could travel and gain the reentry back to the US. please let me know if anyone has the similar case.

good evening dear friends since september 30 i had my interview at 26 plaza new york the officer had to approve my case on the spot. three days later the i130 was approved a few days after I received a letter from uscis telling me that I had not mentioned the name of my wife with whom I returned to the USA. children with whom I used to marry traditionally when I asked during the application we had said that it was not necessary to mention it because the america does not take into account the so-called religious marriages for that uscis me to indicate in the letter that ' they have the interview cancel my approval. someone can help me.

i got RFE
during the interview November 2021 i was asked about my 2020 Tax return because IRS didnt approved it, eventhough i filed for it in February and for 5 days after the interview i was nervous but miraculously IRS processed my tax return now i have submitted the RFE that they asked me. just wondering how long would it take them to come up with a decision
