No updates yet, me too filed in Dec 2020 Texas. This week EAD approved, waiting for the card to arrive. Did you get your EAD ?

I didn’t file concurrent, it’s just the I-140

I filed I-765 during Apr 2021

EAD for dependent or self, because I thought it was just I-140 then 485, not sure if the EAD application, please excuse my ignorance/knowledge in this

In my case, EAD for self & Dependents. As EB1 is current, you can file I-765, I-485 & I-131. Please talk to your attorney for clarity.

Hi Jimmy Jose, my I-140 is still pending with Texas center and PD is end of Dec 2020. Regarding the biometrics update, even in my case it didn't reflect in my status, that shouldn't be a problem. Case by case it differs.

I filed concurrent application in March 2021, got biometrics done in June. No update post that.

My PD is 12/07/2020, and i140 is approved on 06/13/2021. I applied for my i485 in July and was given BM on 10/29/2021. Currently, my case is with San Antonio FO but no approvals on any of the applications.

looks like a lot of the cases for Dec didn’t move much. Keeping fingure crossed. it’s 11 months now and waiting.
