I need your advice......back in 2017 my sister filled F4 for me, she's the sponsor , but in the next 3 years my mom will be a citizen .....can my status change to F3....can that assist my timeframe

it will be a different category but your mom filing for you moved faster than if a siblings should.

I totally agree with @ waitfor long ...I've seen cases where people have filed for their siblings since 2010 and still haven't been approved yet.
