Case Under Review
Anyone submitted a petition for a parent knows the processing timeframe at Texas Service center. Case under review since October 13th and was wondering process since online states a 5 month process for that type of petition.

@T is your parent outside the US? and did you filed it online?

@anonymous me yes my parent is outside the US and I did an online filing in June of this year

@T I have the same case, I'm a US citizen and I filed I-130 for my parents on June 3rd. And is on "actively reviewing" since June 23. First it was at Nebraska Service Center and then it was transfered to Texas and then to California service center. when I asked the live agent he told me that on average any service center can process I-130 petition for a parent from 6-13 months. First Check the current location of your I-130.
