@ Manuel Morais, I got my i601 approved since October 30 and I still have my i485 pending.. did you get i458 approved yet?

My case is i601a. I’m inside the United States filling to go interview at the Embassy in Paris. Everything else has been filled and approved, just waiting for NVC to get the approval from USCIS and send over to Emabsssy to schedule interview

oh okay 👌.. I am inside US, myself and I don’t need to travel anywhere I just need them to get my i485 approve then I am straight. why do you have to travel abroad since you are here already? on what basis did USCIS asked you to filed i601a?

Inability to reproduce proof/documentation from entry into the United States means my process has to finalize abroad

@Amrika… GC thank you for the good luck wishes. No, I haven’t heard anything back yet. I have a request for a tier 2 officer to call me. Got the email that they’ll call me wishing 2 business days. If nothing comes of it, I’ll request for a tier 3 officer. Spoke to NVC and they told me they haven’t gotten anything yet

ok man, I really wish us positive response from them. I have requested for tier2 Officer two time since last month and this month respectively the agents who I spoke with literally declined my request.

I’m actually waiting for a tier 2 officer callback by end of day today. The last one they just emailed me that they couldn’t file my case in the electronic immigration system. I then asked for a urgent callback from an officer. Waiting to see what that brings. NVC still hasn’t received the approval

oh okay thanks, I am still waiting for them I haven’t heard anything from them today makes it 57 days I got approved. if I may ask you, did you mean they couldn’t ( find your case or they couldn’t file your case electronically)? and how did you get to speak with NVC I want to call them to find out if they have received my approval of i601

They said couldn’t find it in the electronic immigration system. NVC- I call 603-334-0700

In my own case I don’t have to travel anywhere maybe that is why they are not acting fast but no matter what they are doing I will give them call on Monday to see what they will tell me. once again thanks for the number 🙏 I really pray they answer us before this year come to an end In Jesus Christ name amen 🙏. good luck to us Brother.

Yes, tier2 officer actually called me yesterday. Got absolutely nowhere with the call as much as I tried. The officer kept claiming nothing she could do yet. I have a service request to the Nebraska Service Center to check why the case has not been forwarded to NVC. The date from that request is November 12 and the officer said I have to keep waiting until 30 days from that date.

Man! that is ridiculous. I haven’t heard from them either. i guess they wanted immigration Judge to get involve in people cases. I wish us good luck Brother, the fight continue

Yeah, I can’t believe how delayed the process has become. I understand the COVID backlog and all but if they wanted to process cases faster, they could. They just don’t care for who’s on the other side waiting. Good luck as well

yes! i agreed with you brother, what I even read online is that case should not be delayed more that 3 weeks after the i601 is approved. I am now considering take legal action against USCIS, because I don’t think there should be anything to delay my case after they have granted me the waiver. in a couple of weeks I will be talking to my lawyer to move forward because I can’t wait for another year anymore I have exulted all my patience for waiting. my life has been held in hostage since 2019. I have seen people get approved less than 60 days on this app.
