we did motion to reopen. it’s been almost 4months and no update. is there any way to follow up ???

@ Kim no updates on my case, it’s not even reopen

I am waiting for USCIS to review my case and reopen my file then there will be wait to see if they approve it or not

for me they mail me a letter after 3 weeks of apeal and state they receive my letter of notice of apeal and if they needed biometric they will mail me next letter

we’re still waiting for the appeal it’s been 11 months we kinda expedite last week I don’t know if they’re going to approve it to expedite our appeal

any update guys

I receive letter they transfer my case to chief counsel office at federal plaza do you guys have any idea why?
