Should I file N-400 now or wait until after I move?
Hey everyone,
I’m eligible to file my N-400 in about a week, but I’m also planning to move out of my current state soon. I’m honestly so ready to be done with this process, but I’m not sure what’s the smarter move: should I go ahead and file now before I move then update my address(AR 11), or wait until I settle in my new state (which would mean waiting another 3 months before I’m eligible again)?
I feel like I’m in limbo and would really appreciate any advice or experiences from anyone who’s been in a similar situation.

it's little longer case because it's a follow from 20 years but I'm not in the rush so I'm going slow but strong this case is a follow-up since 2001 reopen on 2021 20 years later but original is based on 245i I'm almost there patient first and final comes up sooner im happy anyways because I get approved my i765 agost 8 and card was produced on agost 15 its going to be valid for 5 years im happy happy 😊 going good so far I glad today October 17 I get my new I-765 card for 5 years well done

please help me! I have been denied 2 times this is my 3rd time I have spent more than 40k on this petitions all petitions I used a different lawyer.
is anyone in the field of Data management in Healthcare sector that got approved? please help a sister. I am in the Biotech industry with a job as a data manager.

my question is after this status change, how many days it takes to get the actual notice in mail?
on the notice how far the actual interview is set? is it few months or few weeks?
How to confirm that 1-485 is transferred to field office?
Hello There! I applied for i140 and i485 concurrently earlier this year in February. My i140 was approved Oct 2 2025 and from the api updates I can tell that there was one FTA0 update on 10/5/2025. Where/How do I confirm if my case was transferred to a field office and if so which field office?

hey Guys my vawa case is pending almost 20 months … i485 based on vawa almost one year
got my work permit ( pending adjustment of status )
on October 7 my first one year period Prima facie expired , and uscis did not send me renewal or extension , 60 days were passed and Prima expired and never got again .. it’s automatically? or they always send new one ?

Concurrent Filing Question
Has anyone ever done a concurrent filing for I-130, I-485, and I-765?
My I-486 and I-765 got denied but my I-130 says Request for Evidence.
Has anyone encountered the same thing before? if so, would that mean that I would have to resubmit the I-485 and I-765 and pay again after submitting my I-130 evidence? or is There a possibility for them to reopen it without paying the I-485 and I-765 fees?

If my I-485 (Adjustment of Status) is pending through a family-based application, and I applied for both Form I-765 (Employment Authorization) and Form I-131 (Advance Parole), will USCIS issue me one combined EAD/AP combo card, or will I receive two separate cards?
And does filing at the same time reduces the wait time as I can receive my EAD card early because of less wait time?
VAWA I-485 COMPLETED
I just had my VAWA I-485 interview 30 minutes ago this morning at the Philadelphia Field Office. Officer only ask me the YES/NO question, my name and where I work.
At the end of the interview, he said everything looks good but will have to review my previous file before making the decision. He said if anything is needed I'll receive it in the Mail.
I wasn't giving any white paper or nothing. What do you guys think
