Hello folks, is anyone traveling on AP these days? Do you have any thoughts about the Boston Logan port of entry?

Has anyone reentered the US safely with an expired 2 year GC and an extension letter recently? I’m outside the US rn and will fly back in 2 days. I’m so scared 😟

Just came back from traveling using my AP. My experience at JFK airport was smooth and easy, 2nd Inspection wasnt scary at all, they just asked for my Address and thats it. For those who wants to travel, Dont hesitate! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Hi, I got my greencard through NIW 3 years ago. I am getting married to an American citizen this June. Can I apply for citizenship right after marriage or do I need to wait 2 more years to fulfill 5 years of permanent residency?

Hi guys, I got a notice about my interview yesterday. Funny thing is, I heard from Emma back in November 2024 that my interview was waived. There hadn’t been any updates since then, but now, yes! No RFE response after 60 days

Hey VISA family. I am just curious if anyone here didn’t get a response from USCIS after 60 days upon receipt of receiving the response for evidence? It said on my paper to call them after 60 days. I am at 50 days. If anyone here has called them after 60 days, what exactly did they do for you over the phone? Did they send a request for your case to be prioritised? Thank you everyone.
