Case remains pending for over 1200 days, last update 20 days before which said Case remains pending again. Filed in 12/29/2022, EAD approved, revived and also renewed again. fingerprint and medical to
not sure when can we expect something positive? we are EB1C

I am in same boat EB1B; PD:Nov-22; RD:Dec29th-2022; CRP since 2023, case at NBC no progress since Jan-2026.

That is a very long delay. First confirm whether your priority date is current and whether any RFE, medical, Supplement J, or background issue is outstanding. If current and outside normal processing, I would escalate with a service request and discuss with an attorney. Long-pending EB1C cases can sit due to security checks or visa allocation, but 1200+ days deserves escalation. Dec’22 PD as well.. CRP. case still at NBC

May2022 PD, Filed in 2023 March Eb1a India, CRP since Nov 2024. Case is still at NBC. Called USCIS, Senator inquiry raised but no luck.
