PP for 75 countries pause
Hello. My PP has passed the 45 business days interval and I am yet to get a response from USCIS. Does anyone know if the pause also affect the premium processing application as my country is one of the 75 countries. Anyone in this same situation? What should I do next please?

@Ali SM I think the calculation is 45 business days.
Ali SMApr 23, 2026
yes normally they do reply in 45 working days

Mine is 92 days today and it is PP for EB1. Although I recieved RFE and responded to it. So the 92 days was after USCIS receieved my RFE respond.

@Noorer Abubakar 92 days after receiving your response? wow. I thought being PP would make things faster

@S S it supposed to be, but now things are no longer the same.

The 75-country pause is mainly a Department of State immigrant visa issuance issue. You should check with the attorney on this.
