I got a notice about my interview yesterday. Funny thing is, I heard from Emma back in November 2024 that my interview was waived. There hadn’t been any updates since then, but now, yes! I need to go to the interview next month. lol
FYI, I’m in VA. is there anyone has same situation with me?

No RFE response after 60 days
Hey VISA family.
I am just curious if anyone here didn’t get a response from USCIS after 60 days upon receipt of receiving the response for evidence? It said on my paper to call them after 60 days. I am at 50 days. If anyone here has called them after 60 days, what exactly did they do for you over the phone? Did they send a request for your case to be prioritised?

BAD NEWS
Hello people, just wanted to share my experience. I received some really bad news about my case. I applied for VAWA and USCIS made a huge error. For some reason they placed me in a SIJS case. I don't know how can they mess up so bad like that given my age. I'm from the year 1988, there is no way I can be placed on a SIJS case, so as you can see my timeline, I've been waiting over 3 years for nothing. My lawyer just sent the 3rd package because the second one USCIS rejected it saying they 'updated' the form so we had to file for a 3rd time and I think I will start the process again. My friends, I tried everything: sending letters, e-mails, congress woman, calling USCIS customer service and no answer. I guess wait another 3 or 4 years. USCIS will not admit an error they made so only resend forms. I'm so glad for everyone else who are getting their approvals, but also do know that USCIS makes mistakes and they will not be responsible for them. I'm still hoping something good will come out of this. Thank you for hearing me out. I will keep you updated it on this.

No sé cómo puedieron haber cometido un error tan grave debido a mi edad. Soy de 1988 y no hay forma de que me asignen un caso SIJS, así que, como pueden ver en mi cronología, llevo más de tres años esperando para nada. Mi abogado acaba de enviar el tercer paquete porque el segundo USCIS lo rechazó diciendo que habían "actualizado" el formulario, así que tuvimos que presentarlo por tercera vez y creo que volveré a empezar el proceso. Amigos, lo intenté todo: enviar cartas, correos electrónicos, contactar con una congresista, llamar al servicio de atención al cliente de USCIS y no obtuve respuesta. Supongo que tendré que esperar otros tres o cuatro años. USCIS no admitirá ningún error, así que solo reenviaré los formularios. Me alegro mucho por todos los demás que están recibiendo sus aprobaciones, pero también sepan que USCIS comete errores y no se responsabiliza de ellos.
