Questions for petitioning DACA Holder?
Hi, so I have a boyfriend and we are almost turning 5 years. The question is, I'm a US Citizen, and I petitioned my mother, and she is in the process of getting here, and waiting for her so that my boyfriend and I can get married. The thing is, if I petition my boyfriend after we get married, how long before I can file for him? And this year is a little devastating cuz I haven't had a job for almost 4 months now, so if I ever petition him, my 2025 tax would not meet the poverty guidelines, but my 2024 and 2023, and other taxes are all good? How would I do this for an Affidavit of Support? Also, is it possible that my boyfriend can be a household member for his own adjustment of status in Affidavit of Support, cuz I know a joint sponsor has to be LPR and USC.
-I just ask because this is the next in line I have to do, if ever anyone has answer please comment. Appreciate it so much 🤗

Vawa and Green Card
Hello everyone,
I am confused about the processing times for Vawa and Green Card . I filled for Vawa concurrently with Employment authorization and Green Card last year and I added my children with my application but their names are not listed in the Vawa application. Do my children have to wait 3 years to get their Green Card approved or it is just only me that have to wait 3 years ? And how long does Green card approval take

Hello guys, im from Peru, I sent all my forms when my prior date was current, june 2022, i sent my I-131, EAD, Green card form, unfortunately everything chance, then u know everything chance, but my green card application was accepted but they sent me a form that was on pending until a visa was available for me, my ead was on a C09 category, so i asked my lawyer i could apply for an Advance Parole, and she said, yess, but she never did that w a SIJS, so i took the risk and i applied, 12 later was approved until Jun 2030 , so i decided to travel back to my country for 10 days, when i come back, they took me to the second room, and they took my fingerprints, they took me a photo, and ask me, the custom was a little bit rude, but at the end she told, welcome back! the airport was JFK! i share this for other SIJS w green card pending, that we got the chance to go back to our country w no issues

How long after becoming DQ can I hear back from NVC / Consulste office regarding the interview date? Was DQ 29th September 2025.
Is it true that the wait time is 1-4months ? If yes how do I check for this information please? Any leads will be appreciated.
