We had our interview o. 9/19/25 the I-130 was approved the same day. Silence after that until my lawyer submitted a case inquiry on 3/26/26 and they responded 3/31/26. I received a biometrics appointment for 4/14/26 looks like they sent the appointment same day that they responded to the inquiry. our priority date is 10/21/24 USC spouse. anyone else experience a second biometrics appointment?

just got approved today!!!! been waiting for three months stressful because I lost my job due to my status (truck driver) but God is so good for anyone still waiting keep having faith it will come soon🙏

173 days since interview still no update
My U.S. citizen spouse and I filed Form I-130 and Form I-485 on August 21, 2023. I completed my in-person adjustment of status interview at the Atlanta Field Office on October 20, 2025. More than 170 days have passed since the interview, and no decision has been issued on either the I-485 or the related I-130 petition. I have not received any Request for Evidence (RFE), Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID), or additional interview notice. I previously contacted USCIS and submitted a service request, but I only received a general response that the case remains pending and that I should continue waiting.
I 751 / N400
will I be able to apply for N-400 with I-I751 extension? I have my two years expired green card or do I need to wait for my 10 years green card to be approved in order to apply the N-400? I’m a vawa victim survivor & still living in the USA and I got the 2 years through marriage but sent in the i751 under the vawa waiver. do I need to wait until its approved before sending in N400?
