God’s favorite daughter vawa case

NOTICE TO APPEAR. I filed for vawa and I-485, I overstayed so they are using that against me to deport me back. please advise
Hi everyone, I have a question. I received a letter from the immigration office on Saturday, regarding NOTICE TO APPEAR, because I overstated, but I filled for vawa and I - 485 in 2021. I received my work authorization card 2024 and they also approved my parole even though I didn’t receive it. This means the government has started immigration removal (deportation) and they want to know why I should not be removed from the United States.
1. I entered the United States around September 7, 2014, near Newark, New Jersey, as a J-1 exchange visitor. 2018 I got married and 2021 I filed for vawa.
2. authorized stay was originally through January 15, 2025.
3. I filed Form I-485 (Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status) before my authorized stay ended.
4. The document says my period of authorized stay became September 9, 2024 as a result of the final adjudication of the application.
5. DHS is charging you with remaining in the United States longer than permitted.
Any advice on this please.
