Hi everyone,
I filed separate I-130 petitions for both of my parents, who are currently living in Romania, in November 2023. Both cases are still pending, and we have not received a decision yet.
We contacted USCIS and also requested assistance through a senator’s office, but we were only told that the cases are still processing normally. It has been almost three years, and the waiting time is becoming very difficult for our family.
Is anyone else in a similar situation, especially with I-130 petitions for parents filed in 2023? How long have you been waiting, and have you received any recent updates or approvals?

Filed i130 for IR2 my 3 kids, it’s still pending since Oct 2024, it’s just alarming what these people are doing, even to immediate relatives 🤦🏾♂️

6/2024 still no update. i did mandamus lawsuit and waiting for decision. they should make decision in 60 days deadline.
