unresponsive VAWA case
My VAWA paperwork was received in July 2022 as notified by uscis. Till this minute, my case status is still‘received’ it hasn’t been changed yet. Though am on removal proceedings but was closed administratively. The lawyer in charge said there is nothing he can do about it until we hear from uscis. Please fellas how can I help my situation???

I have a similar case. received June 2022, until Vawa get approved the court case has to be reopen could take other 3 years to get dismiss than apply for green card😏

Hello everyone here, so what about you appear in a court 1 time and you still have your VAWA said case received since 2025.but on my case judge first dismissed the removal proceeding and later he said he postponed it.

@J D you can’t use your passport if you have pending asylum or ever filed it even if you’ll get a green card
