In the name of most merciful lord Srinivasa !!! finally today evening me and my daughter received an email from uscis stating that our green card applications have been approved. this come after long wait of 14.5 months and 2 congressional enquiry. however no updates on my wife’s application. I received 3 rd fta 0 on 03.27 and multiple silent updates yesterday and today. 485 j is still not approved. my advice to this community is have patience and after 8 months initiate enquiry. ioe series , San Jose center and no interview . please ask if you have any questions

Hey friends, I completed my i751 and n400 combo interview on March 17th. At the end the officer gave me a paper saying I passed the test and was recommended for approval. San Antonio FO. I already called USCIS last week and they said my case is processing normally and that there is nothing wrong, so I guess it's just another year of waiting #I-765 #UVISA

Case Transferred To Another Office

Hello, My I-360 was approved in January. I originally filed both my I-360 and I-485 together back in 2022. I recently received a notification that my case I-485 has been transferred to another office. Does this mean anything? Should I expect to receive a request for a medical exam soon?

Visa Bulletin Question

My EB-4 (SIJS) final action date just became current (May 2022). Does this mean a visa is expected to be available for my case this fiscal year? My I-485 has been pending for almost 2 years, and I already responded to an RFE (medical) before my case was paused due to visa unavailability. I did search and apparently it can take 30-90 days for my case to be resolved Does anybody know? Please 🙏
