EB3 AOS from Pending Asylum, Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview
Hi there,
Today my EB3 case status changed to “ready to be scheduled for an interview”. What should I expect from this interview, considering I still have a pending asylum case?
My timeline:
Feb 2023 - I485 submitted
2023 - shortly after RFE medicals submitted by request
Apr 2025 - supplement J submitted (as employer has changed, still not approved)
Mar 19, 2026 - status changed “Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview”
All suggestions/feedback is appreciated.
what will be the next step
Lawfullys analysis started that there is 75% chance my case will be approved in next 3 months. After that, what is the next step? I’m going to get an interview? is there any one on the same boat or has the similar situation? thank you

“We have taken action on your case” but no changes
Hey everyone, I’ve filed i751 Removal of condition with hardship waiver . after three years I’ve got an email says “we have taken action on your case” but nothing changed in the case status except date. it has been two weeks now no update on status , no documents in documents tab. any one had same issue ?

My RFE response was submitted 02/13/26 today 25 business days ago with Premium Processing, and I still haven't received a reply. On average, how many days does it take to get a response?

my priority date is December 2016 / DQ February 2023
April 2026 visa bulletin it’s out and final action date it says may 22,2017
so yesterday I received email from nvc it says we will send you your interview letter after scheduled within 60 days.
so my question is it take 60 days to get my interview letter? or the will send me this week?
