Pending TPS application; I-94 expires soon

Hello, everyone! I have a question for the community. My initial TPS application has been pending since December 15, 2023 (10 months now), and my I-94 is set to expire on December 13, 2024. I was admitted under United for Ukraine Parole. My concern is whether the pending TPS keeps me in status after my I-94 expiration, or if I will be considered out of status once it expires. Any advice or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thank you #tps #unitedforukraine

Derivative’s i-290b is pending (i-485 was denied in error)..lawyer said that derivative can still apply for EAD renewal because Principal’s i-485 is pending. Is this true?

What is the significance of pending I-131 Advance Parole when your I-485 Application for Permanent Resident was approved?

Why have they not been approving cases? Its just been Vermont, Texas and NBC.
