H1B Visa - Form I-129 Processing Time (filed from abroad)
Hi everyone,
My H1B Visa petition (Form I-129) has been pending for 352 days, and as of October 30, 2023, USCIS is actively reviewing it with nothing outstanding.
Has anyone experienced similar delays? How long did it take to receive a decision after reaching this stage?

I’m so frustrated, feel so helpless lately not being able to do anything to get my case to move even contact congressman was basically told case is still in normal processing time frame. Has anyone been approved yet from same month and service center as me? if so what country?

so, I filed for i-730 for my wife who is outside of the US. she actually also has got a tourist visa. while she's on her tourist visa in the US right now, they called her for biometrics?
I'm not very familiar with how i730 works when inside the US, do you guys think they switched us to i-730 inside the US since they saw she's in the US right now?
I'm calling them tomorrow. Crazy!
