REMARRYING AFTER VAWA APPROVED
I filed for Vawa on January 2020, my Vawa Petition was approved on August 2022.
I filed for divorce and it was finalized on April 2024 and on August 2024 I re-married.
As of today (October 2024) my adjustment of status through Vawa still pending with no updates.
It’s been over 2 years since my vawa (I-360) was approved.
My Question is, can I file a new green card application through my current husband who is a US citizen ?
I already opened a request for my Vawa case out of processing time but I never got anything back.
I see a lot of cases of Vawa getting the green card within 1-2 years I don’t know why my case is taking too long.
I need an advice if I can file a new green card application based on my current marriage because my daughter is my dependent but she turning 18 next year, when I filed for Vawa she was only 12.

Today I received an email saying an action has been taken in my case. my husband had an approval letter for the 130 form. The 485 is still processing, with no updates.

i539 ( COS ) + i765 concurrent filling. i539 approved , pending EAD
We filled i539 (COS) + i765 concurrently. However COS is approved and no update on EAD yet. Anyone in similar situation?

NVC Expedite Grace period
Hello,
we attempted an expedite request on terms of medical emergency and were rejected because I believe lack of evidence. That was a week ago and now we have doctors notes citing medical emergency and diagnosis paper. When I re attempted expedite with this new information I got the NVC response that you’ve already tried this and they already said no, it didn’t go to the embassy it was struck down at NVC.
my question is how long do I have to wait to send this new expedite where the NVC will send it to the embassy and not reject it right away?

no update on my travel permit , work permit or AOS. expedited approved but they said they can’t really expedite because my case is actually under review…. been on review for a month
biometrics completed in September 10 and medicals sent since the beginning.

Me siento feliz 😀que hoy tomaron acción a mi caso, me acaba de caer una notificación de USIS donde dice que me enviaron una solicitud de prueba inicial no me ha llegado la solicitud pero en estos días me llega con la ayuda de Dios alguien sabe más o menos qué documentos son los que piden.
