@chris rod I'm still waiting for that explanation letter. I was married over a two years. I sent everything with a attorney.

@chris rod Yes, I provide clear explanation, and I sent from four friends letters about marriage. I filled vawa in april 2021, and divorced about may 2024.

u can try reopen u case, maybe u explanation was wrong, try reopen your case and send your explation with a psychology letter avaluation

@Tom Bom I did sent a psychology letter evaluation when I filled, and I did sent another one when I got RFE. And also I sent a letter from another doctor. I will see with my lawyer what is the best options. Thank you

So you recieved RFE august 9 and respond to RFE November 7, isnt that way past 33 days ? Or that is the date they recieved your response?

@Irnes Mujkanovic seems like you submitted enough docs than the required bare minimum. Not all case officers are nice, but this one reviewing yours seems to be nasty.

I’m sure you can appeal and everything can change for you. Did you receive a prima facie before?
