hello everyone is there a way to change the email address on the online account? I’m the petitioner and I used one of my emails to sign up for my account but uses a different one for my husband’s. I now want to use his email address and have him use his password to be able to access for himself, can that be changed?
Any recent AOS approvals for EB3-1 India with current PD and last status of CRP?
My PD is from 2010. 765 and 485 were filed together June 2023. 765 was approved in Sep 2023.
485 was sent to NBC in Dec 2023 and changed to CRP on Sep 14th 2024 as they ran out of numbers. I see a lot of approvals for PDs from 2022 so they are probably ROW or other lucky countries. has anyone from India recently received approval after CRP?
contacting live agents..they just tell me to look at the processing times. Any one had luck?
Hi, I tried asking about my 130,765,and 485.
Got disconnected twice but they both said to look on the USCIS site. The third said the same but was more helpful. I want to know if I have been transferred to a field office. Has anyone else been successful with asking live agents?

I received rfe (request for evidence) june 17 2024. after 10 days i sent my response. after that i dont get any update it almost 4 months now. Somebody tell me how much time it takes.

we had an interview on 19th September at San Antonio FO. Received “new card being produced” this morning for four us us!! ! YaY 🙌🏼🙌🏼

has anyone on here applied for your step child’s green card on your own? what is the process. do you recommend doing it in your own or paying a lawyer. she already has her tourist visa and only comes to the US to see us on holidays. so she would be staying in Mexico during this whole process.

My H1B Visa petition (Form I-129) has been pending for 352 days, and as of October 30, 2023, USCIS is actively reviewing it with nothing outstanding.
Has anyone experienced similar delays? How long did it take to receive a decision after reaching this stage?
