hi, so my spouse parent filed for I-130 petition in F3 category in May of 2018, it had been approved by USCIS , it got transferred to ELIS In may31,2024 .can someone tell me how long do we have to wait for our F3 visa.##

what was the service center? when did you get approval notice? mine is 11/2016 but It is still not approved. Mine was migrated to ELIS in June of 2024.
currently they are working on 2012 year cases so you still have few more years of wait.

@srijana lamichhane My Priority Date is 11/2016. Case was migrated in ELIS in June 2024. I have not received approval yet.
