inquiry for I-824
can someone help me how to ask an update regarding my 824? it was rejected in the first time but we resubmit and fixed everything specially paid the right fee. my question is are they going to use the same Receipt Number or not? are they provide new receipt number? up until now since we resubmit it sept.19 no updates. thanks for the advance answer

2021 Approvals
I’ve been seeing a lot of 2021 cases being approved lately, but my case (June 2021) is still stuck on “Correspondence being reviewed” for the past 3 months. I’ve tried checking if I could open an inquiry, but they said that the case is still inside the processing time. Is there anything I can do to get someone to check on my case?

I was so scared that it was taking so long! Feeling super discouraged that they told me to wait after the interview. Yesterday the I-485 went to active review for the second time, and today we got approved after a long and anxious 15 months. We had our interview at the Washington field office. Wishing the best for everyone and thank you for being such a supportive community.

Pending TPS application; I-94 expires soon
Hello, everyone! I have a question for the community. My initial TPS application has been pending since December 15, 2023 (10 months now), and my I-94 is set to expire on December 13, 2024. I was admitted under United for Ukraine Parole.
My concern is whether the pending TPS keeps me in status after my I-94 expiration, or if I will be considered out of status once it expires. Any advice or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
