i485 vawa
Has anyone experienced something similar? I received an RFE for medicals related to my I-485 in October (VAWA was already approved in 2020). Now, I’ve received an interview notice, but it’s not showing on the USCIS website. The interview is scheduled at my local field office, even though my case was previously with the NBC. Any insights?

The interview is for the I-485 so just attend.

make sure to attend the interview. NBC checks out the paperwork and sends case to field office. It's normal not to have every update on your case. You can also call uscis and make sure that notice is legit

ok I don’t understand you .. when did you recieve RFE for medicals ? did you send the medicals yet ? and where did your RFE for medicals come from ? what field office ?

I got an rfe for medicals in October and already sent them .. case was at NBC .. they just sent me a notice for interview at my local FO and it doesnt appear in the USCIS website.

it happend to me but the other way. it shows interview but not medical. i send medical on december and . i went to the interview today and i got approved.

@jeff camps it’s not abnormal. Seen lots of folks with same issue. Just don’t miss the interview else it will be denied. Just get ready, as long as there are no previous divorce or even if, but you have the right divorce decree, you should be fine

@Kings Kay yes my lawyer when with me and made some accomodations on my application and also answer for me 2 questions the officer asked that i wasnt sure.
