I-751 Interview Evidence of Bona Fida

I am filing with divorce waiver. Interview is scheduled for February. I made a binder organized into different sections. Here is what I included: 1. Joint Responsibilities a. Lease agreement b. Joint auto insurance policies c. Shared utility bills d. Shared bank account, only partial statements (bank account is now closed and no way to get more) e. Joint gym membership f. Explaining why taxes weren’t filed jointly, and messages of me doing his taxes for him. 2. Proofs of shared residence a. Various documents and mail that have us both listed at same address. b. Receipts of shipping and billing as being our shared address 3. Affidavits a. First one is from my ex stating the marriage was entered in good faith b. Two others from friends who spent time with us as married couple c. One from my brother d. Old one from I-130 package from my ex’s mother 4. Before marriage photos. About 25 photos before marriage, including group photos with two of the affidavits. A few engagement photos. 5. After wedding photos. 27 photos after marriage. Did not have wedding photos due to private ceremony/covid. 6. Screenshots of texts throughout our entire marriage. Tabs connected to important life events such as talk of having children, home shopping, vehicles we wanted to buy together. Also a red tab by where things started to go wrong in marriage. 7. Social Media. Screenshots of both of our social media of engagement pictures, as well as stories with the other person in it. 8. Travel Itinerary a. Flight itineraries from before and after wedding. Photos dated to match those trips. b. Registration of an event booked together. Unfortunately this section is week as travel was limited during Covid. 8. Wedding quotes. a. Emails of wedding quotes and dates. b. Messages to friends about wedding dress/bridesmaids dresses. Wedding never did happen. Thanks Covid. Would this be sufficient? It is all I have been able to find. After the divorce I unfortunately deleted a lot of things. #I-751 #divorce
