submit inquiries on both cases for reason being….outside processing time! It’s too long

I did, and the answers are always the same! they say that I still in the processing time. I did everything that you can imagine. always the same answer! 🤷🏼‍♀️

Hi, my p.d. for both i130 and i485 is Jul 16, 2020. We had interview back in September 2021 and still waiting for decision.

I'm in NYC and also tried to do service request twice, nothing helps yet.

me too the same since 2020 still waiting. they keep telling me it's processing

me to, Atlanta Georgia September 28, 2020 interview September 23 2024 and waiting for decision right now. but my I-130 approved since May 8th 2023.

@TA A same here, I applied in 2022 June and got interviewed in 2023 June and received an rfe in June 2024 and ever since then it has been radio silence with the notification of case is being actively reviewed since Nov 2024. you should go for writ of mandamus law suit.

@TA A @Zara . @king Scorpio @James martin sams You should all contact your local congressman for help at this point. They contact USCIS on your behalf and get this moving quickly.
