requesting RFE by email with live agent
my RFE for i485 was sent on Dec 17,2024 and I didn’t receive it yet. anybody have experience requesting it through email, after talking to a live agent ?

they won't send it by email. I have similar issues with my daughter's RFE. I received mine by didn't get. my daughter's own. I have to call them back to back for them to send another one by mail

I have been expecting mine since 3rd of January. I hope it gets to me sooner than later.
