I don’t think it will effect. you still can able to get medical from dif state. also request to change the addres meanwhile.

If all communications about your case from USCIS are sent to your lawyer like me, you don't have to notify USCIS about any address. You can do your medical from any location in the US. I did the same and mail the doctor report to my lawyer who later sent it to USCIS using his address.

For my case, it was registered with USCIS in a different state where my lawyer resided and I also. His address is use for all my communications. I later moved to a different state where I did my medical with address at which I now lived. Following the completion of the medical, I mailed the package to my lawyer who used his address to send it to USCIS. There was no problem.
