Case Transferred to FO
Ok! So a lot of people have been talking about their cases being transferred and I thought to myself, how does that knowledge help me? thanks to Reddit I can see my case Timestamp :- (when file was last updated/viewed/notes/transferred etc) but that information doesn’t really ease my weary mind. Decided to contact a live agent and I was told my case was transferred to Buffalo FO Dec 19, which does coincides with my case Timestamp Dec 20. Case was viewed again Jan 4.
How long does most cases stay at FO before being approved? I feel like it’s between a stroke of luck, perfect timing and location because the gods alone knows🙏#I-485 #timestamp #usc #widow #buffalo

so my case got transferred to Buffalo Field Office from Spokane field office and it says awaiting to be scheduled for interview since December 16 and I’m still waiting

You can also go to your account, tap the documents tab on your I-485 case, tap on the Acceptance Notice, when the page opens, go to the address bar and delete everything after your case number and press enter
my file starts with IOE however I read it works with any document you have online. highlight the url and delete everything that’s after the case number. Good hunting

@Mo Me what if I do not have I-485 acceptace notice yet? I only have my I-130 acceptance notice though!

@Mo Me I copied it in the new browser window and it opened up. no real news but I see the last time stamp on 4 Oct 2024. does this mean it was the last time they looked into the case?

@Mo Me Do you have any idea what the event code means as “ H028”?!?
“H008” Means Approved! but I could not find any related form for “H028”! That means I am #20th in the row for approval? or 2nd? I would appreciate your help!🙏

I believe since your case is not F2A, the processe timing is different though!

@May T I’m still trying to figure out what the event codes means. those are new. I would assume it’s a review type code for your kind of case. ofc I’m assuming @Ivan R yes it’s said the Timestamp is the last time someone accessed your case.
I’ve been tracking mine a while and the timestamp line up with what agent said. New codes were added recently…
