Anybody here whose I485 Not approved due to Local office wait time?? In CRP for last 4 months beingPD is current
My case is in pending status for last 115 days and only reason I can think of is my local office has 32 months average waiting time. I tried with congressman and received standard response as "due to high volume case is pending". To be eligible to create Service Request needs to wait another 12 months. Anyone else in similar situations.and thoughts on how to move forward in this situation?#CRP #localofficewaittime

does not mean your current=instant approval. Some here are CRP for a year and no movement at all

lawyer firm said USCIS ignores service requests if it’s still within “normal” processing times for your local field office. The processing time discrepancy between field offices is maddening. some are 6 months and some are 40 months. I saw some people who waited even more than their local
office processing times, but then got a generic response anyway.

@api kaify I was not complaining..just stating my timeline as he/ she was asking for it. Hope you get the interview scheduled soon..I can understand it’s a difficult situation..😕🙏

@J A @api kaify @Olimpiya Saha @m t I understand it's a long process and my case filed in March'24 and nearing 1 year. Tried chatting with Emma, Congressman etc...and wanted to see if anything else to be done from my realtor and apart from hopeful waiting ☺️
