How to expedited requests?
Currently had to stop working due to my high risk pregnancy and doctors request for bed rest i have a five year old. and i dont have anyone to care for him for the moment. ive been waiting since nov.03,2023 and yet still no response from Nebraska Service Center. some one please tell me how i can expedite my husbands I-130. or if there is a way to do so. #12months&counting!!!
Traveling with AP
Good day Family., Quick question. I have ised my AP card to travel to London last year November and I had no zero issue coming back through JFK. I will be traveling on the 21st and come back on the 26th… Would trump inauguration have a negative effect on me coming back in? Thank You!

hola una pregunta yo hice mi ajuste de estatus por matrimonio y entré a USA con visa de turista.
Llevo casi 5 meses desde que inicié el proceso y he recibido el social y el permiso de trabajo, es normal que siga tardando? la aprobación de la I-130.
cuánto tiempo tuvieron que esperar las personas con casos similares al mío?. muchas gracias
