I 485 not approved
Hello, My son and daughter came last year as an derivative asylee and applied i 485 together on National Benefit Center. My daughter's one is "New Card being Produced" but son's one still finger print updated. Why?

no they are both adult and applied separately like son is 22 years old and daughter 28.

Most likely it will be approved eventually..congrats sb jee on your child’s approval..can you share too how long it took to get approved from the date you applied..

Most times it does not matter if you applied together (or at the same time) as each individual case is seperate.

@O M ji hello did you also apply for i-730 ftj? how long did it take for you to get an interview appointment in ktm embassy? can you please share your timeline from approval to interview appointment??

I applied I 730 on sept 2018 and got approved on July 2022..she had her interview in ktm embassy on December 2023
