Hello All,
Hope you are doing well.
My employer has submitted i140 under normal processing in March 2024 and received receipt notice with priority date as 29/03/2024. As of April 11 2024, it shows “case is actively being reviewed” in USCIS website. I am on L1A since May 2023. I am from India, if that matters here. Could you please let me know, if someone received i140 approval with similar timeframe? If not, when can I expect some updates?

withdraw the l-485 ?
Good morning ,guys .l hope that you are doing well .you send the letter to withdraw the l-485 ,how long will USCSI let you know that they will cancel the form ? in about 10 days is the second interview and like 20 days ago l sent the letter for withdrawing the application,l haven received nothing ,it is supposed that interview has to be cancel .Someone has any knowledge about it ?

I am filling for the second time for my husband as the first application was denied due to wrong electronic signature, i am applying online from egypt.
I have 2 question:
1 - If this is the second time to file, the time for decision will be shorter ?
2 - If the application decision happened after my second anniversary which is in March, he will get the 10 YRS or conditional ?

please anyone knows about the Naples medicals before interview date? we have our interview date this month but the medical instruction says do not contact to schedule your medicals, the consulate will do on your behalf & medicals will take place a day before the interview. anyone has an idea?

I’ve an approved vawa since November 2023 and sent my medical and received by NBC on apr1st 2024 today I got an update saying case was updated to show fingerprints were taken! what does it mean? fyi I moved from my address and changed my address in my driver license and didn’t change my address at the USCIS. do you think it’ll effect anything?
