I see it in Reddit , they issuing refund if not process in 15 BD

I see it on Reddit few folks receive message from Emma when asked they are going to get their refund for PP.

I have similar received date, I don’t think it is up to 14 business days due to public holidays. The 15th business day should be Tuesday of next week

ya, unless 24th is counted holiday as well, I added Dec 25 and Jan 1st . doesn’t matter I guess, ppl receiving updates on 16 or 17 BD as well .

Mine was received on Dec 5th and still not heard from them. I called yesterday and they said it was due in December 26th but they are delayed! Yesterday was dsy 19! 😩😩 feeling frustrated and stressed!

At this point, I think Nebraska will have to refund a lot of people on premium processing for missed deadlines

also federal holiday 1/9 so consider that too

I spoke with a live agent today and she said the refund should be triggered automatically after adjudication if USCIS fails to meet premium processing deadline. Also the case will be handled on expedited basis rather than premium, I don’t really get what that means. Fingers crossed

that’s good to hear. there are so many ppl with receive date more than 15 days, do you know what are the days not counted ? ( 24,25,31,1)

Well my received date is 13th and she said the premium clock ends today. so my guess is that 24th and 31st are also counted. Not sure about that

hope that holds ! so technically for the applications they received on 13th will receive decision today otherwise entitled for refund !
