Ahhh you have a long way to go. About 16 months for approval of I 130. You will not get a welcome letter from NVC until after the I 130 approval

oh no, welcome letter and DQ? whol told you that? nvc is the marathon you were born last month, you need to crawl, walk,run and then participate lol. you will get approval then the welcome letter the DQ bro and it takes 16 months.

You must first have your I-130 approved. That takes about 11 months. Then it will take about 1 month for NVC to process your paperwork. Current wait time for interview in Abu Dhabi is about 19 months. So in total, if no issues or further delays, minimum 30 months. Hopefully Abu Dhabi interview waiting time will be reduced.
