Uploading Withdrawal letter of l-485 on insolicitud evidences
Good evening ,guys .l hope that you are doing well .Can l sent the withdrawal letter for my account in insolicitud evidence ? l already sent it twice to the USCSI by Mail ,but the thing is that the stoke interview is around the corner and l am not going ,so l was thinking faster way to let USCSI knows about the Withdrawal ,so they can cancel the second interview.

Hi everyone, I've received an email from USCIS this morning stating "We have taken action on your case" and after few hours, I've checked online in document tab, they state "we are actively reviewing your case" What does this mean? Anybody have similar experience?

green card through VAWA with a Resident husband/wife?
Hi. has anyone received their green card through Vawa but married to a RESIDENT? my Vawa was approved almost 4 months and I’ve seen people approved after me who already have their green cards and mine hasn’t move at all. my PD is August 2021 and they are working on November 2021 so they should be working on mine.
anyone experienced the same and can give me and insight??
still status show At NVc someone tell me what about next for my mind satisfaction its being almost 4 year now m sooo feedup and i have one kid life is sooo stressful without husband 🙄🙄🙄🙄

EAD approved for 5 years until 2029! one month from start to finish.
Hi everyone, I wanted to share my update on my EAD application. I filled out the form and send it middle of September and yesterday I got a confirmation notice that my ED has been approved until end of 2029; and I am so happy now that I have a few more options with this EAD approval
for those on an L1 visa if your EAD is expiring in the next six months, I would highly recommend you to quickly submit a renewal request- If your I485 has been pending for more than 180 days…. and hopefully you too will get a five year extension

Solo me notificaron “actively reviewing” por segunda vez. pero la carta de aprobación estaba en los documentos ya. en esta app tarda un poco para actualizarse. así que si están cerca de la fecha manténganse entrando a revisar a la plataforma.
