The RFE online status has not been updated.
I received an RFE from USCIS. My lawyer and I spent a whole month working on the RFE and sent the response two weeks ago. The status hasn’t changed. The lawyer says this is normal, and they often don’t update the online status. But previously, all statuses were updated on time. Has anyone else experienced this?

@G G What is Emma? My lawyer says they got a notification from FedEx that the documents were delivered. But I’m worried—what if USCIS lost my documents, and the officer still thinks they didn’t receive the response? When the time runs out, they might mark my case as if no response was submitted.

After two weeks, they have finally updated the status to “RFE Responded.”
