what?? you quickly divorce that lawyer and move on. That is not a lawyer that is your enemy. He or she wants to get rid of you. for whatever reason best known to themselves. Be smart.

@pal Pal I also have a removal order and filed for vawa. my i130 was denied because they said my marriage isn’t bonifide. please can you tell me more.

I have good lawyer that can help you and her bill is very expensive but she sure get the job done your lawyer is wack and weak y would he or she advise you to go back home and wait for GC when u are in removal proceeding or order removal you are advised not to even travel 🧳 trust me if go home they not gonna let u come especially the incoming administration

@Mighty G we serve that’s what I’m say why would you put that I would go wait for the GC back home even though I know I didn’t have an removal order when she filled my Vawa but it’s not even safe back home.smh

@singh jay I got my removal order in 2023 and now uscis ask me to get terminated first and ask me to clarify that if I want to go back home to wait for the GC and bonifide marriage because I got an affidavit from my friend they said it’s not complete because my friend identity was not in the package

@pal Pal try to submit your both pictures together, wedding pictures, joint utilities, conversations when you both were still dating, or something that prove that it was a faithful marriage. Also, tell your friends to provide ID’s when they write an affidavit, attached it to their letters.

Read the RFE carefully and follow the instructions. They gave you examples of how to prove bonafide. Don't over think it.

@blessed & favored my friend who did that is in prison which I don’t know when I’ll see him and he was the person I knew when I was with her. I didn’t have any family in the us nothing

You don't need to hire another Lawyer. Your best bet are Affidavits (with prove of identity of affiants), you need to get people to write the Affidavits and it must be detailed with event dates, there are lots of samples online. You're very close to approval, don't mess it up. You hold the key to your approval not any lawyer, like I said earlier give them what they asked for and don't over think it.
